About the Role
You will watch video clips and complete project-specific annotation tasks such as bounding boxes, segmentation, timestamps, and classifications. You must follow guidelines carefully, flag unclear cases, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Laptop or desktop with 8 GB RAM minimum
Reliable internet connection, 10 Mbps+
Ability to understand English instructions and communicate clearly
Self-discipline to meet deadlines independently
Private home workspace; shared or public spaces are not allowed
Note: Preferred but not required: prior annotation, labeling, QA, transcription, or CVAT/Label Studio experience. Training will be provided.
Compensation
USD 1.50 per approved hour of video content processed
Paid in PKR at the Wise mid-market USD-to-PKR rate on payment day
Payment via bank transfer.

Note: Payment is based on approved video output, not desk hours. Faster, accurate annotators earn more.
Important Terms
Independent contractor role, not employment
No paid leave, holidays, or guaranteed minimum income
One-week probation period
You use your own laptop and internet
No downloading, screenshots, screen photos, or sharing project data; breaches may lead to immediate termination
Shortlisted candidates will receive a short paid sample task within 5 working days. Hiring decisions are based mainly on work quality.
